oh, why not!

Because life just wasn’t interesting enough, what with a new career, new business, new home, new husband, etc.

Because another major, life-changing challenge seemed like a good idea.

Or really, just because we really wanted to go this route and now seemed like as good a time as any:

I’m pregnant. Happily joining the trend of veterinary bloggers getting with child. πŸ™‚

Due mid-October. πŸ™‚

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! How are you feeling so far? I had such a crappy couple of months in the late 1st/early 2nd tri that I pretty much decided this is going to be our only child, since I cannot IMAGINE having to function as a doctor while feeling that sick. Being in class all day meant I could sleep as much as I wanted and catch up on the recorded lectures later. So I’m super impressed that you’re doing this while running your own practice!!!

    This is so exciting!!!!!!!

Holy #*%! It’s ok to take life slowly, one thing at a time and all πŸ™‚

Congratulations. You’re due only a couple of weeks after me! It’s been exciting and terrifying all at the same time, thus far.
