I check CNN.com pretty regularly throughout the day (because I like to procrastinate and not pay attention, not because I’m a civilly and world-affairs-oriented, and I think I’m going to have to find a new news site. CNN only seems to have crappy ass articles up lately. For example, one headline today is “Old enemies kiss in triangle of death“. What the hell does that mean??? Aren’t headlines supposed to be…I don’t know…descriptive? All I can picture is two old men in Bermuda shorts making out in the Bermuda triangle, and I don’t think that’s what they have in mind. Or maybe it is!
And then this morning at 9AM they had the absolute gall to post this article http://www.cnn.com/2007/SHOWBIZ/Music/09/11/bulging.britney.ap/index.html?iref=newssearch bitching about how some horrible people called Britney fat (which I totally think was ridiculous, I’d love to be that “fat”). Galling only because they wrote another article Sunday calling her “embarrassingly chubby” and referring to her “paunch”. Hypocrits.
Anyway. I really should be studying. Not thinking about how to procrastinate best.
